SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We are currently offering free shipping for all orders during the pandemic.  BCB reserves all rights for courier selection and turnaround time.  Please know that our goal is to get your order to your doorstep within 5 days of your package leaving our facility.  Holidays and Weekends cause delays in shipping, as shipper carriers to do not operate on those days.  You should always count shipping days based on standard "Business Days", Monday-Friday, not including National Holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policies

Please note that nearly all BombChelleBowling apparel and accessories are custom-made to order, thus, we have a strict Return/Exchange/Cancellation policy.

 

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date the item shipped from our facility.
 

General

Returns/Exchanges for products fulfilled correctly based on the order details are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning product to returns@bombchellebowling.com 

Errors that were made on your order, including collar type, sizing, name misspellings, etc, will be replaced with the corrected item.  Photos of your item(s) will be required.  Please send them to orders@bombchellebowling.com, referencing your order number.  This will speed up the process to correct your order.

 

The following items are eligible for return: 

  • Stock Jerseys with NO names or content on the shirt personalized

  • Custom Design Jerseys with NO names or content on the shirt personalized

  • Arm Sleeves
     

NOTE:  ALL items must be in new, unworn condition, with original packaging required in the return. 


The following items are NOT eligible for product returns/exchanges:

  • Jerseys with names or content on the shirt personalized

  • Product that has been worn or used.

All other returns/exchanges are subject to management discretion based on items ordered.

ALL RETURNS WILL BEGIN AS STORE CREDIT. MANAGEMENT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR REFUNDS.  ALL EXCHANGES WILL BE OFFERED AS SIZE EXCHANGES ONLY - NO OTHER OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE.

If a refund is approved, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Order Cancellations
Customers have 48 hours from the time an order is placed to cancel an order for "Standard Production" products.
